Joy Our True Essence
Do what you love and love what you do. Joy is our core essence, the underlying feeling that we all have access to. We each have a pervasive desire to relate to one another in joyful ways. Most of us have our JOY buried beneath layers of judgements and repressed feelings. When we are upset , disapponted , sad or angry we have put another layer on our core of JOY. We usually have allowed someone elses actions or behaviors affect our inate ability to be joyous. The world "out there" is an illusion and when our JOY is not felt we've allowed our inner world be suffocated.
